The hotel offered plenty of activities during the day. I saw aqua gym, water polo, and darts games by the pool and at the beach. The food quality was good for a buffet style. It was a nice selection for a relaxing trip.

the restaurant felt chaotic at times. i noticed staff cleared dishes quickly but seemed stressed. smoke filled the air from frying inside. my clothes smelled of cooking oil after meals which was unpleasant and the minibar wasn't refilled regularly, inconvenient as i had to call several times to get it restocked.

The air conditioning barely worked in my room. it was hot, and opening the windows meant dealing with mosquitoes. the beds were also in very poor condition. They definitely need replacing. i'm disappointed with the overall state of the room.

The staff were attentive and helpful. kadek from bali offered a wonderful hammam and massage service. It was lovely. the animation team was energetic and talented. They made activities fun for everyone.

the sauna, steam room, and indoor pool were not very relaxing. guests were loud, and children were misbehaving. this impacted the spa's tranquil atmosphere.
