Good facilities and food
many activities food quality
The hotel offered plenty of activities during the day. I saw aqua gym, water polo, and darts games by the pool and at the beach. The food quality was good for a buffet style. It was a nice selection for a relaxing trip.

mixed experience with some drawbacks
smoke restaurant infrequent minibar
the restaurant felt chaotic at times. i noticed staff cleared dishes quickly but seemed stressed. smoke filled the air from frying inside. my clothes smelled of cooking oil after meals which was unpleasant and the minibar wasn't refilled regularly, inconvenient as i had to call several times to get it restocked.

fresh grilling clean beach helpful staff
The food had great variety and tasted very good. i liked the fresh grilling options. the beach was easily accessible through an underpass. It was very clean too. i also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They did their best to.
The pool area got quite crowded with families. I avoided it.

poor condition mosquitoes
the beach access through the tunnel was acceptable.
The air conditioning barely worked in my room. it was hot, and opening the windows meant dealing with mosquitoes. the beds were also in very poor condition. They definitely need replacing. i'm disappointed with the overall state of the room.

a blissful escape
attentive staff massage service fun activities
The staff were attentive and helpful. kadek from bali offered a wonderful hammam and massage service. It was lovely. the animation team was energetic and talented. They made activities fun for everyone.
the sauna, steam room, and indoor pool were not very relaxing. guests were loud, and children were misbehaving. this impacted the spa's tranquil atmosphere.

The staff provided quick assistance. i appreciate the attentiveness of those working in the restaurants and bars. it was easy to get help when needed. Their smiles made my holiday brighter.

The resort provided lots of really delicious food and drinks with the all-inclusive package. My room had an ocean view. The location proved top notch! The staff were kind, helpful, and always attentive. The gym had modern equipment.
